Privacy Policy & GDPR Compliance

To Our Clients,

We value you as a client and we know the privacy and security of your personal information is a priority for you. So we want to share some changes we’ve made to our Privacy Policy.

You may have heard about the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the European Union’s new data privacy law. On May 25th 2018, the GDPR took effect, as did our new privacy policy. GDPR will change how companies big and small, collect and handle personal data about their UK customers. Here’s how we are responding to the new GDPR regulations.

We at Franciscan Sisters of Our Lady of Perpetual Help want you to know we are in full compliance with all GDPR guidelines. In fact, the standards of our existing privacy policy exceeds those of the new GDPR; in that we never share or sell your personal data ever, for any reason. The big change for us has been creating documentation of our policies and procedures, that were already in place.

In an effort to be fully transparent, we want to share our Privacy Policy here. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have about privacy law and the GDPR. We’ll be happy to share with you what we’ve learned.
